David W. Mr. Moyé began his legal career while serving as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, during which time he held positions as an officer in an infantry combat unit, as a judge advocate, and finally as a Judge presiding over General Courts Martial.

Following his service in the Marines, Mr. Moyé was appointed Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Florida, where he investigated and prosecuted complex white-collar crimes. After then shifting his focus to private practice, ten years later Mr. Moyé was asked by the Florida Attorney General to serve as Assistant Deputy Attorney General for Health Care Fraud and Economic Crimes, a position he held for nearly two years.
